Understanding the My Account page

The My Account page in Janova allows the Owner of the account to manage their particular Janova service. This page offers the ability of Basic and Professional users to manage the number of Users on the account, input payment information, change the Janova subscription level, change the account owner, deletion of the Janova subscription and the reactivation of a deleted or suspended account.
