Be sure to click the Logout button in the top navigation bar when finished using Janova and to NOT just close the internet browser.  For security reasons you can only be logged into one location at a time and there is a 15 minute inactive logout that will automatically close your session.  If you simply close the internet browser you will have to wait the 15 minutes before logging into the application again.
