Synopsis:

This guide explains how to interact with Elements in a Table.

Applicable to:

Interacting with Table Elements.

Prerequisite:

Need to have defined a table in the Page File builder.

How to:

1. Access the given Scenario in the feature page and add a new step.
2. Type or choose the 'Click an Element' step from the drop-down list.
3. Enter the Page which the Table is defined on.
4. Enter the name of the Element, as defined in the Page File, that you want to click on.
5. Select which column from the drop-down to help identify the correct row in the following step.
6. Enter what unique identifying information is in the desired cell based on the column you selected in the previous step and the row you want to interact with.
7. The Table interaction step is now complete and ready for testing.
8. If you have multiple rows with matching information (i.e. First Name) you can use multiple key columns to more specifically identify the necessary row.
