How to utilize a Flow within a Feature

Synopsis:

This guide explains how to use a Flow that has been created.

Applicable to:

Using identical steps in multiple Scenarios.

Prerequisite:

Need to have created a Flow and a Feature.

How to: 

  1. Be sure a Flowhas been created.

  2. Click on the Application you are working on.
  3. Click on the Feature you want to add the Flow to or create a New Feature.
  4. Click Add Step in the given Scenario.
  5. Choose or type Use a flow from the Select List.

  6. Enter the name of the Flow you want to use.

  7. Click the Save This Step button to save and add another step or click Done Adding Steps. Steps that are unique to the given Scenario can be added before or after the Flow.

  8. When Janova executes this scenario it will test all steps contained within the 'I validate Google Homepage' Flow and then the subsequent steps.
