How to create a Flow

Synopsis:

This guide will show you how to create a Flow in the Flow Builder.

Applicable to:

A specified set of Steps that are identical and will be used in multiple Scenarios.

Prerequisite:

None.

How to:

  1. Click on the Flows tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the New Flow Category.
  3. Under Name, enter the Category Name.
  4. Enter the Description for your Flow Category.

  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Add a Flow at the bottom of the page.
  7. Enter the Flow Name.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click the Right Arrow beside 'View Steps'.
  10. Click Add Step.
  11. Create steps for Flow by making selections from the drop down list. To see a more in-depth explanation of the Select List choices view the Step options here.

  12. Click "Save This Step" after each step is created.

  13. Click Done Adding Steps when steps are completed.
  14. The Flow is now ready to be used within a given Scenario in the Features page. PLEASE NOTE:  In order to delete a Flow you must not be using that particular flow in any Scenario.
