How to edit user profiles and access privileges

Synopsis:

This guide explains how to edit user profiles and user access privileges.

Applicable to:

Editing profiles and modifying access permissions.

Prerequisite:

Need to be the account owner for the Application.

How to: 

Individual Users

  1. Individual users are able to edit their profile (name, username, email and password) by clicking My Profile from the top navigation bar. Please refer to the My Profile steps here.

Account Owners

  1. Owners can edit other users names and access privileges only by clicking Users from the top navigation bar.
  2. Select which user you want to edit or you have the option to create a new user.
  3. Edit the Name field and Application Permissions or you can delete the user if needed.
     
    Access Descriptions:
       
    Read: User can view the application but not make changes or run tests. 
    Write: User can view and edit the application as well as run tests.
    No Access: User cannot view or edit the application.

  4. Click Save Changes to complete the edit process.
