When an element is in use by a feature, Janova will not allow you to delete that element. The text "in-use" will be displayed with each element that is being referenced in a feature.  This is to protect you from accidently deleting something that is needed in other areas and to prevent those features from failing.  Once all references of the element have been removed from the Features you will then be able to delete the element form the page file.
