Janova is currently experiencing technical difficulties which is causing users to experience slow response times and in some cases application error messages. We are aware of the situation and are committing full resources to actively troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Updates will be posted as they become available.
16:32 EST - We have discovered the cause of the slow response times and application errors and will be making modifications to the application shortly in order to correct the problem. These modifications are related to the upcoming maintenance on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 and from now until then the Global and Application level statistics will be disabled. This section of the application will be permanently address in the upcoming system maintenance. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience
16:43 EST - The Global and Application level statistics that have been causing errors have been disabled. The Janova application is now back to normal functionality.
