Elevated Error Rates: Updated 15:30 EST

Janova is currently experiencing slow response times and an increase in error messages due to elevated error rates by Heroku.  We are continuing to monitor this situation and will post updates here as new information becomes available.

13:44 EST - We have seen a decrease in the number of errors and both Heroku and Janova appear to be returning to normal functionality. We ask for patience while things completely return to normal and we will continue to monitor the application for any updates.

15:30 EST - The error rates appear to have subsided and the Janova application has returned to normal functionality. As always, we will continue to monitor this status for any changes and we thank you for you patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
