Synopsis:
This guide explains how sign up and login to the Janova support website.
Applicable to:
Submitting support tickets, commenting on forums and creating new forum threads.
Prerequisite:
None.
How to:
If you have already registered please click the login link in the upper right hand corner. If not, please click the sign up link which is also located in the upper right hand corner.
Once in the sign-up page please enter the required information into each field (full name, email address and human verification). You can also use your OpenID account to login to the Janova support site.
Once finish, click submit and you will receive a sign-up completed message that will inform you to check your email for the verification link.
Click the link in your email to activate your Janova support account. You will be redirected to the support site and prompted to enter a password for your account.
This will take you to the support home page where you will now have access to view your existing ticket requests, submit a new request as well as participate in the Janova forums.
