Technical Difficulties: Updated 18:04 EST

Janova is currently experiencing technical difficulties which is causing error messages and is not allowing users to access the application. We are investigating the problem and will update our support site as soon as new information becomes available.

18:04 EST - Our application provider Heroku was experiencing technical difficulties that were causing intermittent issues in the Janova application.  The problems have since been resolved and the application continues to stabilize.  As of now, Janova is functioning with full capabilities however there may be slower response times until Heroku returns to normal.  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
